A microchip only helps if your pet is taken to a vet or animal shelter and scanned there—during business hours. A QR pet tag works immediately, for anyone with a smartphone. A GPS tracker costs €30–50 plus a monthly fee and stops working as soon as the battery runs out. Our engraved metal tag requires no power and lasts a lifetime.

Does the QR tag require an app? No. The finder scans the code with a standard
cell phone camera.
Does the pet tag work without a subscription? Yes. Finding (lost mode) and contacting are permanently free; optional plans offer location alerts, health records, and a vet PDF. Will my phone number remain visible? Only if you provide a number and the "Lost Mode" is activated. 
Is it suitable for dogs and cats? Yes, for all animals that wear a collar.
What if I move or change my number? You can update your information online at any time—
